The process couldn't be easier.  If you aren't exactly sure what is wrong with your PDA or iPod, simply create a diagnostic work order and send it in for one of our techs to take a look.  There is never a diagnostic fee - if the repair ends up being more than you want to spend, you only owe us for return shipping.

PocketPC Universe:  This growing user group provides a good source for answers on all PocketPC questions.   Running as a Yahoo User Group right now, there are big plans for PocketPC users here and the moderators keep spam and advertising away from your inbox.

PocketPC Thoughts: This is an excellent news resource for PocketPC users.  The forums are a great source of information and advice from other PPC users.

PurePockets:  This is a good reveiw site for PocketPC hardware and software.

PocketPCSoft- a Pocket PC Software list with occasional news. This site has free Pocket PC software to download, including medical, bible, games, freeware, themes and Pocket PC 2002 and PocketPC 2003 software

iPodHacks.com is the source for the latest hacks, mods, tips and tricks for your iPod.  Good news and reviews and never a shortage of opinion!

iPodGames.com is a great source for iPod games and add-on software for the iPod.  The site is non-commercial and is run by a group of iPod fanatics, probably like yourself, who believe that that the iPod is the best invention in recent times.
