If your iPaq won't sync anymore and you've tried all of the software resets - you most likely have a hardware problem with the switchboard. Includes the sync connector and action and launch buttons pads (but not the plastic buttons themselves) on this drop-in board. This will work with ALL rz1700 Series iPaqs.

Send that iPaq in and we will let you know when it arrives and turn it back to you as quickly as possible (usually within a few business days). We do not charge your credit card until your unit is repaired and ready to ship and we charge absolutely no diagnostic fee.
