iPaq 64mb DRAM Memory Upgrade-
This will increase the amount of RAM available to your iPaq h3100, h3130, h3135, h3150, h3600, h3630, h3635, h3641, h3650 to 64mb rather than 32mb. This is not a "plug and play" part - you must first de-solder the installed 32mb DRAM chips from the board and then install these replacement DRAM chips to come up to 64mb. Unless you have extensive PCB soldering experience and the appropriate tools, you are probably better off leaving this to the professionals. If you are ordering the iPaq refurbish service above, the RAM upgrade can be performed at the same time for just the part price if requested.
