This is a replacement H3835 mainboard for the iPaq h38xx (64mb ram, 32mb rom , non-bluetooth). If you've sent your unit into a repair facility and they told you the mainboard needed to be replaced, this would be the item you need. Often, the mainboard is replaced when memory or processor functions are defective or after a liquid spill.
