iPod 1st/2nd Generation Audio Jack Repair- Is the audio port / headphone jack of your 1st or 2nd generation iPod only working out of one channel or the other? Are the plastics cracked or broken and your headphones held in place with duct tape? Open a repair order and let our qualified technicians repair or replace your connector to get you back in stereo! While most audio jacks can be repaired for the service charge stated, some units with loose or broken audio jacks actually have damage to the mainboard itself (torn or missing solder pads) and the charge for repairing these damaged pads or replacing the mainboard if necessary will be a little more. We do not charge a diagnostic fee and you will incur no expense without your approval. Bottom Line, if your iPod is not repaired, you do not pay us for any service or diagnostic fee.
