Just because you see broken glass doesn't mean that your new Axim has just become an expensive paperweight! The odds are good that only the touchscreen / digitizer layer of your screen is broken. If you do NOT see what appears to be "bleeding ink" from beneath the broken glass, you can make that screen as good as new in no time at all.
If you aren't comfortable performing this major surgery yourself, you can send your unit in to us and have it repaired and returned the same business day in most cases. You probably won't find more experienced PDA technicians so don't worry, your Axim couldn't be in better hands!
